Chas Brua, Lauren Brooks, and David Favre (Penn State)

When: Wednesday, September 2, 2015 - 12:45pm - 2:00 pm
Where: 315 Rider Building

This session, presented by Research Associate Chas Brua, and Graduate Consultants Lauren Brooks and David Favre, will focus on some basic decisions that every instructor needs to make when planning a class session. We'll offer practical suggestions for answering the following questions: What do I want my students to learn? What is an appropriate pace for the day's activities? What methods will help my students learn? How will I know whether my students have actually learned?
