I am a postdoctoral researcher interested in host parasite interactions. I am interested in combining evolutionary biology and applied ecology to improve vector control. I am working on Anopheles gambiae, which is a key vector of malaria in Africa.
I am interested in how the environment may shape mosquito immunity, insecticide resistance and key life history traits for malaria transmission like wing length and longevity.
